Planning your Las Vegas nightlife experience starts with figuring exactly which clubs will appeal to you and your friend’s specific tastes. Start by selecting the Las Vegas nightclubs that are the best on the days of the week you plan to be out, and then narrow down your choices by the size and type of club you are looking for.

A few things to ALWAYS keep in mind....

Don't rule out weekdays (Sunday – Thursday)! Weekdays are when the clubs try and cater to locals through their "industry nights" and are usually better times to visit Las Vegas nightclubs since the crowd is typically better looking and you will often find more interesting parties going on.

Weekends are when our tourists are here in the highest numbers so you can generally expect to find the same type of crowd and the most generic top-40 / house music being played at any major Las Vegas nightclub.

If you have seen websites trying to sell you “VIP” packages, remember to ALWAYS contact the club directly before purchasing anything through an independent company. We provide a list of free direct contacts for table reservations on the main page, and only list senior hosts who actually work for the club you are booking at. No middlemen here.

Keep your personal tastes in mind. If you don't like crowded places, you are going to hate being in one and should plan accordingly.

The question most often emailed from those planning their Las Vegas entertainment itinerary is “which club hase are the most girls?” The answer, of course, is based completely on the luck of the draw. You’ll go to a particular club one week and have it look like Hugh Hefner’s birthday party, only to find it closer to a Men’s bathroom at a Nascar race the next. Regardless, if you stick to the more popular clubs you’ll improve your chances.

Nightclubs enjoying having bachelor parties inside of them about as much as fluffy the kitten likes being thrown into the bathtub. And we can’t really blame them, as it would seem that nobody likes to be surrounded by a bunch of dudes in a nightclub. If your bachelor party consists of more than eight (8) buddies and you don’t have a lot of $$$ to throw around, you might consider skipping the club and sticking to dinner, strip clubs, etc.

Read the complete guide for more information.

The groom might not be having much luck getting into the clubs due to his unfortunate affliction of being born with a penis, but the bachelorette and her screaming friends will find the clubs more than eager to accommodate their parties in any way that they can. Most nightclubs will work with your party to ensure no wait / no cover access, but Light Group seems to be the most aggressive about it.

If seeing all of the millions of glimmering lights while sipping on a cocktail and enjoying the eye-candy seems like your idea of a perfect evening, check out the below venues.

Ghost Bar
Moon / Playboy
Foundation Room
MIX
VooDoo Lounge

If you've ever found yourself uttering the words "20 somethings" then there is a damned good chance you probably prefer clubs that are a little easier to get in, aren't as packed inside, and that you can hear yourself think. A good rule of thumb is to avoid any of the clubs listed in the above "Top Nightclubs" section and stick to lounges, slightly older venues, and those with a view.

Here are some other great options:

Ghost Bar
Gold Lounge
Moon / Playboy
Foundation Room
MIX
Revolution
VooDoo Lounge

Our site caters directly to those who are looking to plan their Las Vegas nightlife experience by providing honest and independent reviews of the nightlife establishments on or around the Las Vegas Strip. In order to protect the integrity of our content, JackColton.com has a strict policy against allowing editorial favor to be purchased. Taking it one step further, our banner space and advertising programs are based solely on an invitation-only stance that requires the vendor or nightclub to already be popular amongst our visitors as to not provide our audience promotional material to an entertainment product that won’t appeal to them. While unorthodox for most websites, especially travel, this method has proven to be a win - win situation both for site visitors and advertisers alike.

In addition to online content, JackColton.com locally hosts approximately 30 annual events that often celebrate those within the Las Vegas nightlife industry who help make the entertainment experience the best that it can be. Another popular aspect of JackColton.com is the forums, which are home to a number of enthusiastically passionate Las Vegas entertainment experts which will openly and honestly answer questions from new members looking to maximize their Las Vegas experience.
