LAVO is what we appropriately like to describe as one of Las Vegas’ newest “intimate nightclubs,” a high-end venue that nicely fits somewhere in between the large mega-club and the smaller lounges that are so prevalent throughout the Vegas nightlife scene. Consider it the best of both worlds. By visiting LAVO, you will enjoy most everything that people visit a Las Vegas nightclub for (the great vibe, good music, dancefloor, chance celebrity encounters, drinks, and, of course, plenty of good looking women dancing on the furniture), but typically won’t have to deal with the headaches of the long lines, packed bars, and over-crowded spaces that you often find at a larger nightclub.

Modeled after the ancient European bathhouses, LAVO is the latest “concept” creation from the visionary team that brought us Tao Nightclub and Tao Beach. During your time at LAVO, expect to run across any number of theme-inspired surprises like midgets fanning models, genuine ancient Turkish decorations, human candelabras, and Tao Nightclub’s signature models bathing in bathtubs.

THE SETUP AT THE DOOR: The front door of LAVO is relatively straight forward and rarely much of a headache. Table customers will want to work their way to the right side and speak to the host holding the clipboard, guest list customers will want to speak to a host near the podium, and general admission customers will want to work their way to the left.

HOW TO GET TO THE NIGHTCLUB: LAVO is located near hotel registration in the main lobby of Palazzo, Venetian’s sister property just to the north. You will find both valet and self-park extremely accessible as valet lets out right next to the nightclub and the southwest elevator bank in Palazzo’s self parking garage will bring you to LAVO’s front steps.

BEST NIGHTS TO GO: LAVO Nightclub is best Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

DRESS CODE: So that there isn’t any problem getting into the club once at the rope, gentlemen should make sure to wear a collared shirt and / or sport coat to LAVO Nightclub. Always be mindful of wearing nicer shoes and avoid anything that can be considered sportswear (track jackets, jerseys, sports shoes, hats, etc). Remember, if you are unsure if something will work or not, play it safe.

DRINK PRICES: Mixed Drinks Start at $15, Beers $8, Shots $8, and Table Service Bottles Begin at $425.

BEST TABLE LOCATION: LAVO Nightclub is more of an intimate-sized nightclub (not quite a lounge, but smaller than a megaclub), which means there really isn’t a bad table. Your better tables are on the dancefloor and moat, while your tables near the bar would be second choice due to to the crowded bar traffic.
