Katrina Blancaflor – Katrina, one of the brightest stars at MGM’s megaclub Hakkasan, has been recently using herself as a test subject in her studies on sleep deprivation and recovery efforts.  At great personal sacrifice, she is spearheading an effort to get a better understanding of the human sleep cycle, and strives to revolutionize the wake up process.  Also, when it comes to food, she can throw down.
